Your initial session will include a comprehensive evaluation, followed by a customized massage treatment that incorporates various styles, such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and trigger point therapy, ensuring a personalized experience tailored to your needs. 

Our skilled therapists work with 100% cotton linens, natural creams, lotions, or oils to provide a comfortable and sustainable environment.

Please wear comfortable clothing for your appointment, and be prepared to remove items as needed for the massage. Rest assured, our environmentally conscious draping will be used to maintain your privacy and comfort throughout the session.
