Our manual osteopathy service is tailored to address your unique concerns and promote overall well-being. Our comprehensive evaluation process encompasses touch-based examination, motion analysis, targeted tests, and a diverse range of hands-on therapeutic techniques, all aimed at nurturing your body's innate healing capabilities. 

We may also utilize physical agents, such as heat, ultrasound, TENS, IFC, and microcurrent, to further support your recovery journey. To complement these treatments, our skilled practitioners provide personalized guidance on stretches and exercises to enhance your rehabilitation or wellness care plan.

To ensure your utmost comfort during treatment, we kindly ask that you wear attire similar to gym clothes. Should it be necessary to remove any clothing, rest assured that we will use draping techniques to maintain your comfort and privacy.

Initial Osteopathic Consult/Treatment

Our follow-up osteopathy treatments are designed to address your concerns and monitor your progress at every stage of your recovery or wellness care plan. Our dedicated practitioners provide ongoing care by adapting and refining therapeutic techniques, ensuring your treatment meets your evolving needs. We also offer updated stretching and exercise recommendations tailored to your unique circumstances to further support your rehabilitation.

Note: This session may also include a tailored Shockwave Therapy treatment to promote healing and recovery at no additional cost.

We kindly request that you wear comfortable, gym-like attire for each session. Your privacy and comfort remain our top priorities, and we will use draping techniques if any clothing needs to be removed during the treatment. Together, we'll work to help you achieve lasting wellness and improved well-being.

Osteopathic Follow-up Treatment

This follow-up visit is designed to track our patient's progress and provide another round of Osteopathic Shockwave Therapy. The session begins with an assessment by our osteopath, evaluating the area previously treated, monitoring improvements in pain levels, mobility, and overall function, and identifying any side effects from the previous therapy. 

Following this assessment, the patient will receive a tailored Shockwave Therapy session to promote healing and recovery. Further advice on additional treatments, physical exercises, or lifestyle changes will also be provided based on individual needs.
