Our skilled therapists work with 100% cotton linens, natural creams, lotions, or oils to provide a comfortable and sustainable environment.

Please wear comfortable clothing for your appointment, and be prepared to remove items as needed for the massage. Rest assured, our environmentally conscious draping will be used to maintain your privacy and comfort throughout the session.

During follow-up therapeutic massage therapy sessions, we will reassess your progress and adjust our approach accordingly. 

Our ongoing eco-friendly care aims to provide continued relief, support your body's natural healing process, and enhance your well-being. As your needs evolve, our therapists may incorporate different massage styles and techniques based on their training, such as myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or cupping ensuring a well-rounded and effective treatment plan while using 100% cotton linens, creams, lotions, or oils for a natural, comfortable experience.
